Making a Difference
Wire Craft Electric is dedicated to making the communities where we work and live a better place for everyone.
It is hard for one person alone to make a difference, which is why we encourage all our employees to contribute to a variety of local organizations whose generosity has transformed people’s lives.
It is our intention to set a good example by making a real effort to improve our community.
Giving Back To The Community
Over the years, we have contributed time and resources to several community events and outreaches.
“Josh Miller, owner of Wire Craft Electric Inc., and his team of electricians, have conducted several rough-in and finish electrical projects for us in our residential remodeling business.
They have served us and our clients well and have been professional, respectful, and competitive. We continue to use their services and would highly recommend them for residential and light commercial projects.”
- Burke G. Barker, President
Empire Construction Inc.
Here are some of the events where we have donated our time to benefit others.
Ramp-a-thon
On May 16th 2009, Wire Craft Electrical, Inc. led a team of employees and a MBA volunteer in the MBA’s annual Ramp-a-thon event, which builds ramps for disabled people who live in homes that have accessibility problems.
Our team spent two days in Everett building a ramp for Jud, an 85 year-old man who has lost feeling in both legs. A happier man could not be found on the day Jud’s ramp was finished.

On May 17th 2008, Wire Craft Electric, Inc. helped built a wheel chair access ramp for a Shoreline city resident named Alice. Alice had received an electrical wheel chair but was not able to use it to get in and out of her house. With assistance from our staff and the volunteers at the MBA, we built her an access ramp over 40 feet long!
Special thanks to North City Lumber who donated 100% of the lumber for these life-changing ramps!
Painting a Better Tomorrow:
On November 1st 2008, volunteers from Wire Craft Electric, MBA and Aurora Church of the Nazarene worked together to help paint bedrooms at a local youth shelter in Everett.
The Cocoon House received the generous donation of time, energy and paint on their bedroom walls.
Habitat for Humanity
Wire Craft Electrical, Inc. has been involved and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in the Seattle area for several years. Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that builds simple, affordable housing in partnership with people in need.
